Do the white-background images meet Amazon's requirements?
Yes. The Pure White and Soft Shadow styles produce a pure #FFFFFF background with the product filling the frame, which is what Amazon's main-image policy asks for. Export at 2048² HD to clear the 1600px threshold that enables zoom on a listing. These two styles composite your product without redrawing it, so fine print stays exactly as shot.
Will the AI change what my product looks like?
It depends on the style, and the difference matters. Pure White and Soft Shadow composite your cut-out product onto the background in your browser — those pixels are untouched, so every character of fine print survives. AI scenes relight the product to match the scene, which keeps shape, colour, logo and layout faithful but can redraw very small text imperfectly. Use a marketplace style for your main listing image, and AI scenes for ads and social.
How many credits does one image cost?
Marketplace styles (Pure White, Soft Shadow) cost 1 credit because they composite in your browser. AI scenes cost 3 credits. HD export at 2048² adds 1 credit on top. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no auto-renew and no expiry date — buy once, use them whenever you have a product to shoot. FramedAI has no subscription at all.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes — for product listings, ads, social posts, and your own store. You keep the rights to your product photography, and the generated backgrounds come with commercial-use rights included in every plan.
What kind of source photo works best?
A single well-lit phone photo with the whole product visible and in focus. A cluttered background is fine — that is the point. Avoid heavy motion blur, hard shadows across the label, and products shot behind glass.
Do I need to write prompts?
Never. You pick a named scene from a grid of previews and the prompt is built for you. There is no prompt box anywhere in the product.
Which file formats do I get?
